Mocha is our 9-year-old Chihuahua who suffers from environmental allergies AND food allergies. She is on a special diet and will need allergy shots every six to eight weeks for the rest of her life. This information was daunting to new adopters. Thanks to this grant, when the perfect adopter came along, Mocha’s medical needs seemed much more manageable! She has been adopted.
