30A Cats: Cat Enrichment Grant Report
How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?
This grant was a $500 interactive enrichment toy grant for cats. 30A Cats really needed some new play towers and toys; ours were worn out! With kitten season in full swing, this grant came at the perfect time! We received the grant funds in early June and used them to purchase our selected items (receipts can be provided). A Facebook post shows new kittens playing on a tree we purchased with grant.
How many pets did this grant help?
These toys and trees will be used by so many cats! We are foster-based, so each item varies. In at least one foster home, these toys will be used by 30+ cats in a year.

Winni and Naomi (first and second photos) are two kittens who are already using the new toys and towers! These two young ladies are at the same foster home and learning to trust and not be afraid. They both LOVE to play and hide, so these new items are greatly appreciated!!
