Novastar Rescue: KONG Toys Grant Report

How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

Novastar Rescue spends most of its funds on vetting and caring for the dogs we rescue. This grant gave our dogs the opportunity to enjoy some fun. The toys were filled with Kong-filler prior to being handed out and the dogs were so happy. Without this grant, many of our dogs don’t get toys until they get into a forever home. Novastar is thankful, so thankful for this grant and what it has provided our rescue dogs

Dani is the brown-and-white puppy with the pink bone. She is awaiting a forever home and was a pup of a mama who gave birth at the rescue. Dani is so cute and well-behaved that we are hoping a forever home will come along soon. She deserves to be happy. The Kong made her very happy!
