Humane Society of Marion County: Cat Enrichment Grant Report
How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?
We have over 40 cats in our cat house/shelter. We are in desperate need of interactive toys, and toys in general to keep the cats entertained. This grant helped us by providing interactive cat toys and three cat castles. The cats were so excited and they even enjoyed looking at the boxes the toys came in! Thank you, Petfinder Foundation, for providing this opportunity for enrichment to our cats.

Prince Naveen(first photo) was brought to us from a huge outdoor colony. He was riddled with fleas and ticks and overall very malnourished. We have had him for a while and he is still waiting for his furever home. But until then, all the volunteers love him and he loves the attention. He was the first one to get on the cat castle, as he is very outgoing and sure of himself!
