In November of 2018, Justice (first photo) was relinquished to our organization after the boarding facility we were at was unable to provide for his medical needs. His blood work reveled he was in liver and kidney failure, and our veterinarian stated he had 30 days to live. He was suffering from multiple hoof abscesses and it took many people to help him walk to his recovery stall. Justice was in dire need of of a very special rehabilitation protocol.

After one year of TLC and a holistic diet program, Justice’s blood work became normal, and is thriving under the care of our dedicated volunteers. He is living a full and happy life, running and playing with our sanctuary herd. He stole the heart of one of our volunteers and, when she has horse property of her own, Justice will be in his forever home. Thank you, Petfinder Foundation, for helping us to continue with his healing!
