How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

This grant was so helpful to us. We were able to provide enrichment toys in our free-roaming cat area and for our new kittens in their enclosures. We were also able to fix the door and screen so the cats can safely go inside and outside.

Adult cats are the hardest to adopt out. With these toys, families were able to see that adult cats can be just as playful as kittens. It improved our adoption numbers.

We Barney for three years, through no fault of his own. With the new cat tower and toys, families who visited him saw his wonderful personality, and he was adopted!
