Our organization sponsors one of our adoptable pets once a month, i.e., Pet of the Month. When we do this, the adoption fee is waived. This grant helps offset some of the costs associated with that process. Pictured is Boone, who has been adopted. From his Petfinder profile: “Boone is perfect! He’s big and handsome and well-behaved, loving, and very sweet-tempered. He is very loyal and adores his foster family. He’s ready to bond with his new family and add lots of love and fun. Boone loves meeting new people and is always friendly and happy. Boone has completed heartworm treatment and is ready to go home with his forever family! Even after adoption, Boone can attend five free training classes and keep working on his skills. He’s a smart boy who has a lifetime of fun ahead.”
