Brambles, Bella, Nadine, Shannon, Shady (dog), Ursula, George, Simon, T’Challa, and Sunny have all been adopted thanks to the grant we were awarded.

Shady was a dog who had been returned to us due some issues at her home with her adopter’s other pet. She stayed in our program so long that we were worried that we would not be able to find her a forever home.

She was eventually fostered by a good friend of our organization, who happened to have adopted Shady’s sibling. The foster fell in love with Shady but wasn’t able to pay the adoption fee. We were able to discount the fee thanks to this grant and Shady loves her new home. We are so happy for her.
