We purchased medications, vaccines, crates and food.

Given that adoption events were on hold, we had many babies in our rescue and took in numerous owner-surrenders during the shutdown.

Southern Souls Rescue was able to get Lily, a Pekingese, tumor-removal surgery that she urgently needed with the help of the Petfinder Foundation COVID grant that we received. Thankfully, Lily is recovering nicely and we are incredibly grateful for your generosity. As you know, rescues rely on donations and without organizations such as the Petfinder Foundation and our supporters, we wouldn’t be able to save these babies. Lily has been adopted.
