Trixie and her two daughters, Minnie and Mazzie, came into the shelter when their owner passed away. All three tested positive for Lyme disease and Trixie had a mammary tumor that became infected and was thought to be cancerous. All three dogs were adopted and Trixie’s new owner took over the care of Trixie’s medical conditions. We saw Trixie and her new owner recently at our Annual Woof Walk and they both looked quite happy!
