12:10 K9 Rescue: Dog Enrichment Grant Report
How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?
The Petfinder Foundation's Dog Enrichment Grant has made a profound and lasting difference for our organization and the dogs in our care. Many of the dogs who come into our rescue have previously experienced stress, instability, or neglect, and enrichment plays a vital role in helping them thrive.
Because of this generous support, we were able to invest in a variety of enrichment and comfort items to improve their physical and mental needs, ultimately setting them up for success in their future homes. We were able to purchase supplies such as puzzle-feeders, fillable toys, food and water bowls, agility equipment, storage containers, blankets, and beds.
Overall, this allowed us to elevate our enrichment capability and create a more supportive, nurturing environment for the dogs in our program. The impact will continue to be felt by both our current and future dogs who will benefit from these life-enriching resources. We are so grateful!
