Emma Lou (first photo) was surrendered to Happy Hills Animal Foundation, Inc., from a domestic-abuse situation when her previous owner was forced to relocate for her own safety.
Emma Lou is a senior female Bombay-mix cat who enjoys her time with her human caretakers. This grant has allowed Emma Lou’s adoption fee to be waived (sponsored by the grant) in order to encourage adopters to consider adopting her.
