This year Save A Pet took in a senior dog, Anna, who has needed a substantial amount of veterinary care. Her first visit to the vet uncovered a life-threatening uterine infection. Once she recovered from that surgery, she had a second surgery for mammary tumors. Thankfully, the tumors are benign, but she will need further surgery to remove more tumors; then she will need a full dental and possible extractions.
