How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

I used the Covid grant to purchase dog food before it became limited in sale. I also got some dog prescriptions refilled for the epileptic warrior, as we did not want to run out during the pandemic and her seizures are almost daily with medications.

They have plenty of food and never ran out even though the stores limited sales on dog food. We were able to get enough until the supply chain recovered a bit. We also had enough anticonvulsants to get us through most of the shutdown. Donations have nearly stopped and, being a medical rescue, we are so grateful to have this grant to get us through the hard times.

We got Merida, Jasmine and Ariel all adopted during this pandemic. We got them through the hard times with the help of your grant. Aurora and Belle also got bilateral Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomies done three weeks ago.
