Carlos came to us from the PSPCA as an abuse case. He was bound by all four of his legs and his muzzle. This caused severe injuries to his limbs. He had to have two of his paws removed.

Despite the horror Carlos went through, he has remained the most loving dog. He is happy to greet anyone he meets with lots of kisses.

His surgery nurse fell in love with him and recently made her adoption of Carlos official! Thank you, Petfinder Foundation!
