How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

We have two fenced play yards for our animals, and each has a toy box which includes Kong toys. We also use Kongs in our kennels and put peanut butter on them, which provides a tasty treat and stimulating activity for the dogs.

Sweet Bella (first photo) was with us for four and a half months and was adopted on September 27! She loved playing with Kong toys during her outings in the play yard. Also pictured are Dutch and Saturn, who enjoyed picking out their Kong toys from the play yard toy boxes.
