South Utah Valley Animal Services Special Service District: No Fee/Low Fee All Love Adoption Grant Report
How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?
Through the $2,000 grant we received from the Petfinder Foundation, we were able to hold a no-fee adoption event from June 1-12, 2026. There were a total of 34 dogs and 20 cats adopted during this two-week event. Three of the dogs adopted were very long-stay residents and found homes due to the All Love Adoption Event! Angela had been with us since the beginning of November 2025, Lois had been with us since December 2025, and Mal had been with us since January 2026. Thank you, Petfinder Foundation, for helping them to find families!

Angela (first photo) was a favorite of the college students in our area to take hiking with them. We have a lot of mountain trails in our area and she loved it! She went on several Doggy Daycations, but just kept waiting for her forever family. As a husky mix, she has lots of energy, is very friendly, and is only 1 1/2 years old. She found her adoptive family through this wonderful All Love no-fee adoption event. We are thrilled for her!
Lois (second photo) was always going out for walks and to the play yard for some fun, but just couldn’t find her family. As a young 2-year-old Lab, she loves pats, love, and lots of playing, but no one picked her, until the All Love no-fee adoption event! She found the perfect family who will spend lots of time playing with her.
Mal (third photo), a very sweet pit/boxer mix, also had lots of walks, time in the play yard and Doggy Daycations. She loves her pup-cup from the local coffee shop and loves to play fetch. As a more mature lady at 5 years old, she was over all the puppy challenges that some families are trying to avoid. She found her perfect match through the All Love adoption event!
