How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?
Gracie is an 11-year-old pit bull mix who was adopted several years ago but unfortunately returned to us as the owner fell ill and can no longer care for her. Gracie has had several urinary-tract infections and some adrenal-gland issues that have been treated and will require future support over the coming months. SGA does not want this to prevent Gracie from being adopted and would like to not only have her adoption fee covered but to provide $1,000 in support for her future needs.

Gracie is continuing to receive supportive medical care and is doing excellent in her foster home. Her adoption fee is sponsored but sadly she has not received any adoption interest yet. We created several new videos for Gracie in the hope to get more interest for her. In the meantime, Gracie is doing well.
