While it took us quite some time to find adopters for a senior dog with medical issues, we finally found Meadow the perfect home! With the help of this grant, we were able to place Meadow in the perfect environment for her and gave the adopters peace of mind knowing that her medical care was covered for several months.

Meadow is a senior dog with a myriad of health issues and we thought it would be extremely difficult to get her adopted.

Luckily, the right family came along at the right time. We immediately knew that they were the perfect fit for Meadow, but they were hesitant due to her health issues.

When we explained that we had a grant that would cover the cost of her adoption and several months of her medication, they said yes right away!

We are so thankful for this grant and for its ability to place a dog in the perfect home!
