How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

This was a wonderful surprise! We were able to provide every dog some form of reusable enrichment and add a full enrichment program to our rescue. This increased the dogs' confidence and reduced stress while they were looking for homes. This grant helped over 60 dogs find comfort in a shelter environment.

We were having difficulty with a puppy growing up in rescue and he was unsure of himself. With the grant provided, we were able to increase his confidence with his Kong Wobbler and other Kong products. He was finally adopted to a wonderful family and now has a Lab brother to play with.
