How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

We were able to take these dogs to our veterinarian to have their cysts removed and their teeth cleaned in order to be ready for adoption when the right couple came along. They finally did!

Thelma and Louise are 7 years old and had some medical issues which we wanted to take care of before they were adopted. We also wanted to offer their adoption at no fee to the wonderful couple who made them part of their family (second photo).
