How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

This grant allowed us to purchase much-needed kitten formula to support our exponential increase in feline intakes during kitten season. Because of the support of the Wag Wine Grant, we were able to increase our care, particularly for neonatal kittens and kittens under 3 months old, in a way we otherwise would have been unable.

Andi, Stormy, and Snow were brought to our shelter’s doorstep as neonatal kittens. We took them in, bathed them, fed them, weighed them, and watched them grow into three healthy 3-month-old kittens! Now, all the babies have grown to three months and been adopted, thanks to the support of the Wag Wine Grant from the Petfinder Foundation, which has supported us in feeding them along the way!
