This grant helped our organization by allowing us to purchase deworming medication and distemper vaccinations in bulk, as well as providing for lifesaving medications for cats with chronic illnesses.

The bulk dewormer will serve approximately 90 cats and the vaccinations will serve 50 cats.

Patricia was transferred to our rescue from local animal control. With budget constraints, they were unable to further investigate any medical issues.
We ran senior lab work, which revealed that Patricia had hyperthyroidism.
With the help of the Petfinder Foundation Operations grant, we were able to deworm her, vaccinate her, and purchase her thyroid medication, which she will be on for life.
