How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

Our $500 grant was very helpful in assisting the adoption of 10 cats with a reduced rate of $50 per cat. The following cats were adopted: Jade, Ruby, Niall, Simba, Berlioz, Shania, Susie Q, Nash, Colby, and Loki.

Ruby and Jade (first and second photos) were bonded cats. They were surrendered to Paws4life on Sept. 20, 2023. They were stressed in the beginning and our volunteers socialized the cats and made them feel safer to make adoption easier.

We had hundreds of inquiries and the reduced adoption fee with the help of the grant made the adoption quicker. They were adopted as a pair within a month on Oct. 19, 2023
