Cece was an outdoor dog all her life. When she came into our care, she would freeze at the doorway.

With lots of love, training, and patience, Cece relaxed and became a very pleasant companion. We knew she was ready for her new family.

Because Cece had challenges to overcome, we offered a reduced adoption fee as per grant parameters. She was adopted by a beautiful family willing to give her the time she needs to blossom into a wonderful family dog.
