How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

The Kia Pet Adoption Grant subsidized our "BOGO Cat Adoption Special" (buy one get one free), which incentivized families to consider taking home two cats or kittens instead of just one. Having the funds to supported reduced-fee events like this can work wonders for families who are otherwise on the fence about taking two pets!

Sixty-six families came in to adopt and chose to take two cats instead of one thanks to this promotion. One of those families included the Livelys, who adopted Chunky Monkey (pictured) and also took home Jim as well!
