How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

This grant allowed us to lower adoption costs for animals who have been in our care the longest and help us find homes for animals who have medical issues. We were able to not only lower the cost of adoptions, but we were also able to really spotlight those animals.

This grant helped Pancake find her forever home (first photo). She had been with us an entire year after all her siblings had been adopted. We were able to discount her adoption fee for her new family. It was a surprise to them and it was much-needed. They actually ended up paying some forward to help another animal in need.
