How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

The Kia Pet Adoption Grant allowed us to lower adoption fees by 50% for five of our puppies who had been in our care waiting for homes for months. We are incredibly grateful for this grant helping to bridge the gap between the cost of vet care for our animals and the cost of adoption fees for pet owners.

Wizzer, the dark brown brindle puppy in the first photo, came to us from a local, overcrowded shelter with his mom and 10 other littermates. Three of his other littermates also benefited from the Kia Pet Adoption Grant, but he spent the longest with us.

Wizzer spent six months waiting for a place to call home, and this grant made that possible for him. Photos 2-5 show him in his new home with his new doggy and human siblings.
