This grant helped us cover the emergency dental costs for Big Mac. He came to use through a shelter transfer and was severely overweight with bad teeth. In order to get him adoption-ready, we had to get his weight down and give him an expensive dental surgery we didn’t have the funds for. This grant gave him the opportunity of better health and he was adopted quickly after!
