This wonderful Petfinder Foundation Dog Enrichment Grant helped all the dogs in our care by enhancing their quality of life through sensory activities including Kongs, slow feeders, frisbees, peanut butter, and treats. These supplies help reduce stress, boredom, and anxiety.

Biscuit’s story is a sad one. Biscuit suffered from frequent seizures and they were getting much worse, and his owner, who loved him very much, was no longer able to care for Biscuit with his increased medical needs.
His owner only wanted what was best for Biscuit, so he brought him to us because he knew we would help Biscuit when he no longer could.
Thank you to the Petfinder Foundation for awarding us a Dog Enrichment Grant in 2023! This grant helps dogs like Biscuit have the enrichment they need to exercise their minds in the stressful shelter environment.
