It helped us adopt out several long-timers, one whom we'd had off and on for over four years, as well as several seniors who would not have gotten any attention from adopters if it had not been for the funding support.

Harold (first photo) was with us off and on for over four years. He would get adopted and then returned because he couldn’t get along with another animal in the house, or the owner would move, or something would come up. He would be returned and it would take a year or so before anybody would be interested in him.

He was adopted at an event for which we’d advertised that we would have special funding thanks to the Petfinder Foundation.
