Here is Piper enjoying her P.L.A.Y. bed (first photo). Piper was from an unwanted local litter. We rescued her along with her siblings. This family needed help in spaying and neutering all their adult kitties, so Adirondack Save-A-Stray stepped in to be their rescue and get them the veterinary care they needed.

With the Petfinder Foundation grant, our animals are made comfortable and are able to relax at our shelter until they are adopted. When our furkids feel comfortable, they are more easily adopted because they feel secure.

Piper was adopted along with her brother and is living in a wonderful fur-ever home and is enjoying the good life. The P.L.A.Y. bed was washed and is now being used for the other animals still waiting in our care.
