After three long years of waiting for her forever home, Granny got adopted!

She is no longer living out her days hopping between foster homes or kennels. She now has a family and home to call her own, and we have another space to intake and care for another dog in her place.

Having the adoption fee for Granny covered gave her adopters confidence that, in case Granny needed more senior-related care (as she, like any senior, had a higher likelihood of costs), they would be able to afford it.

In addition to having Granny’s adoption fee covered, we were able to provide her adopters with necessities including senior-diet food, a crate, and an orthopedic bed to keep Granny happy and comfortable.

Granny now has a brother and a mom who runs with her everyday. She is living her best life thanks to the senior-pet adoption grant!
