Joey was an owner-surrender with urinary-tract problems. Immediate veterinary care was sought and provided, which revealed that Joey had many stones that had to be removed.

The surgery was successful and, after spending time at the rescue healing, Joey was successfully adopted by a family. Their son, Luca, instantly bonded with Joey and the family has followed up with us indicating how wonderful it is to have Joey in their family.
