How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

With the Kong grant we were able to supply over 15 new foster dogs with brand new Kong toys. These toys are a way to keep the pups busy while in their crates. This helps them know crates are a safe place, keeps them busy, and makes the pups more adoptable! Thank you for the support.

Maya arrived from Rutherford, NC, a bit scared and did not like her crate at all. We were able to help her settle more quickly with the use of Kongs received as part of the grant. The Kongs were filled with yummy treats and shared with Maya when she was left in the crate while her fosters were at work. After a few short weeks, Maya was adopted!
